Without a dedicated team of agents, mentors, and an incredible publicist, doors would not have opened for her in her own career.

Paige Chambers Rutsche
Founder and Managing Agent
After a successful fifteen-year Broadway and performing arts career, Paige Chambers Rutsche, Founder and Managing Agent, founded Resolute to offer guidance and development to new talent, and to add depth to the careers of seasoned clients.
Without a dedicated team of agents, mentors, and an incredible publicist, doors would not have opened for her in her own career.
She was hired by the best in the industry: Mel Brooks, Susan Stroman, Mike Ockrent, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Wayne Cilento, Gillian Lynne, Jerry Mitchell, Chet Walker, Robert Longbottom, Tony Stevens, David Merrick, John Engstrom, AC Ciulla, Trevor Nunn, Paul Gemingnani, Barry Manilow, the Radio City Rockettes (NYC) and more. The biggest casting directors in NYC also hired her: Hughes/Moss, Telsey, Tara Rubin, Johnson Liff, and more. While in NYC and LA, she also appeared on camera in several television shows, national commercials, and print campaigns.
Paige is an Ivy League graduate of The University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School with a degree in Political Science and holds a Certificate of Finance from Cornell University.
Katie Lynch
Head of Film & TV/Agent
Katie Lynch was born and raised in Long Island, New York. Following a lifelong passion for comedy, film and television she moved to NYC to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She graduated from The New School with a BA focusing on Entertainment Business and Media Studies.
After internships at Warner Brothers Records and 3 Arts Entertainment, she began an internship with Boals, Winnett & Associates (then Judy Boals Inc.) and soon became a full time assistant. She became a franchised agent in 2018 and represented film, television, theater and literary clients at BWA until 2023.
In 2023 Katie joined the team at Resolute Artist Agency as the Head of the Television and Film Department
Morgan Wolfe
NY Associate
Morgan Wolfe is a graduate of the BFA Musical Theatre program at The University of Tampa. Upon arriving in NYC, Morgan worked tech on the crew of an off-Broadway show as well as an assistant in a commercial real estate firm. Her passion for musical theatre begain in South Florida at a young age, and after graduating knew that advocating for artists was her path. Prior to joining the Resolute Team, she interned at two of the top agencies in the country in NYC. She’s thrilled to be on the Resolute team and looks forward to fostering great relatoinships with the team and roster.
Caroline Norton
Agent
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
Caroline is based in Atlanta and will be representing talent across all areas throughout the Southeast and the NY markets. She comes to us from Ursula Wiedmann Models & Talent, where she was Head of Film & TV. During her tenure there, she had clients on Beauty in Black (Netflix), Will Trent (ABC), Found (NBC), Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist (Peacock), Tulsa King (Paramount+), and Beyond the Gates (CBS) and more.
Caroline brings extensive experience in talent representation and is known for building strong relationships with both clients and industry professionals. Her collaborative approach has been instrumental in fostering long-term career growth for the talent she represents.
